How does it work?
1. Brain Health Check
Pre- and post-assessments documenting changes in cognitive, social, and emotional health (ex. attention, brain speed, impulse control, social cognition, memory, etc.)
2. Training for 8-12 Weeks
Log-in when it fits in your schedule for online training sessions delivering a combination of cognitive and behavioral health-focused exercises (30-50 minutes per day, 3-5 times per week).

Step 1) Fill out a 12-question parent rating scale in the appropriate age range from the options on the right (grades K-3, 4-5 or 6+)
Step 2) Receive a 3-page report summary via email with recommendations at-home and for future brain training tailored to your child in particular, based on this rating scale

3. Individual Coaching
Real-time feedback during each log-in and regularly-scheduled 1-on-1 coaching sessions are the key to nourishing the habits needed to grow your child’s brain as a muscle.
