Gabi has worked hard through his live tutoring sessions and Fast ForWord log-ins for 15 months. This hard work has translated to an average reading growth of 2 years and 7 months. That is more than doubling his rate of reading growth!
Additionally, since his May 8th Reading Progress Indicator (assessment):
his phonological awareness has improved from 71% accurate to 90% accurate
his decoding has improved from 87% accurate to 100% correct on this last test!!!
his vocabulary has improved from 60% accurate to 86% accurate. He started this category at 53%, so vocabulary has been a large focus of our live coaching sessions. It is paying off!!
and his overall reading comprehension accuracy scores have improved from 61% correct to 77% correct. This area has also had significant improvements from his starting point at 44% correct.
